Export Requirements. The Program, Documentation and all related technical information or materials are subject to export controls and U.S. Government export regulations. You will comply strictly with all legal requirements established under these controls and will not, in connection with its limited evaluation rights hereunder, export, re-export, divert, transfer or disclose, directly or indirectly the Program, Documentation and any related technical information or materials without the prior approval of the U.S.
Export Requirements. You may not export or re-export the Software or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Export Requirements. Each party agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, it is understood and acknowledged that the transfer of certain commodities and technical data is subject to United States laws and regulations controlling the export of such commodities and technical data, including all Export Administration Regulations of the United States Department of Commerce. Each party hereby agrees and by entering into this Agreement gives written assurance that it will comply with all United States laws and regulations controlling the export of commodities and technical data within Licensed Technology, that it will be solely responsible for any violation of any such laws and regulations by itself or its sublicensees, and that it will indemnify, defend and hold the other party harmless from any liability in the event of any legal action of any nature occasioned by such violation.
Export Requirements. As an exporter of dairy products (including infant formula powders), we are subject to strict requirements which apply to our sourcing of milk and other ingredients. These export requirements change from time to time, and we may not be given prior notice of these changes. We will use our reasonable endeavours to keep you informed of, and work with you in relation to, these export requirements as they apply to your supply of Milk under this Agreement.

Customer acknowledges that the CA Offering(s) are subject to control under U.S. law, including the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR 730-774) and agrees to comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations. Customer agrees that the CA Offering will not be exported, re-exported or transferred in violation of U.S. law or used for any purpose connected with chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or missile applications, nor be transferred or resold, if Customer has knowledge or reason to know that the CA Offering is intended or likely to be used for such purpose.

Customer acknowledges that the Service Offerings are subject to control under U.S. law, including the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR 730-774) and agrees to comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations. Customer agrees that the Service Offerings will not be exported, re-exported or transferred in violation of U.S. law or used for any purpose connected with chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or missile applications, nor be transferred or resold, if Customer has knowledge or reason to know that the Service Offerings is intended or likely to be used for such purpose.
Export Requirements. You may not export or re-export the Pre-release Services or any portion thereof in violation of any applicable laws or regulations and you agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws. You also warrant that you are not under the control of, located in, or are a resident or national, of any prohibited country under Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and all applicable international, national, state, regional and local laws, and regulations.
Export Requirements. If you export, re-export, or import the Software, technology, or technical data licensed hereunder, you assume responsibility for complying with applicable laws and regulations and for obtaining required export and import authorizations. Keysight may terminate this license immediately if you are in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Export Requirements. IGS agrees to comply with the U.S. Foreign ------------------- Corrupt Practices Act (regarding, among other things, payments to government officials) and all export laws, restrictions, national security controls and regulations of the United States and all other applicable foreign agencies and authorities, and not to export or re-export, or allow the export or re-export of, any CyberPro3000 Product, Unencrypted Verilog Based Product, PixelSquirt Technology or Documentation or any copy or direct product thereof (a) in violation of any such restrictions, laws or regulations or (b) without all required licenses and proper authorizations, to Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Iraq or Rwanda or to any Group D or E country (or any national of such country) specified in the then current Supplement No. 1 to part 740 of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (or any successor supplement or regulations). IGS shall promptly execute any documents required by U.S. export requirements and demonstrate upon demand to RSS its compliance with such requirements. IGS shall obtain and bear all expenses relating to any licenses, exemptions and other requirements with respect to the export from the U.S. of any and all CyberPro3000 Products, Unencrypted Verilog Based Products, PixelSquirt Technology, Documentation, information, materials or items deliverable by RSS hereunder to any location and shall demonstrate to RSS compliance with all applicable laws and regulations prior to export thereof.
Export Requirements. In the event that any of the Products and any documentation and all related technical information or materials become subject to export controls which are licensable under the U.S. Government export regulations, Distributor will comply strictly with all legal requirements established under such controls and will not export, re-export, divert, transfer or disclose, directly or indirectly, the Products, documentation and any related technical information or materials without the prior approval of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
