Good Construction Practices. All construction with respect to the Initial Improvements shall be accomplished expeditiously, diligently within the time frames set forth in the Schedule of Performance and in accordance with good construction and engineering practices and applicable Laws. Tenant shall undertake commercially reasonable measures to minimize damage, disruption or inconvenience caused by such work and make adequate provision for the safety and convenience of all persons affected by such work. Dust, noise and other effects of such work shall be controlled using commercially reasonable methods customarily used to control deleterious effects associated with construction projects in populated or developed urban areas. Tenant, while performing any construction with respect to the Initial Improvements, shall undertake commercially reasonable measures in accordance with good construction practices to minimize the risk of injury or damage to the Premises and the Initial Improvements and the surrounding property, or the risk of injury to members of the public, caused by or resulting from the performance of such construction.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS with the exception of Service Animals are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. All guests must be 25 or older unless their parent is in the condo. Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. FALSIFIED RESERVATION any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
