Collusive practices Sample Clauses
The "Collusive practices" clause is designed to prohibit and address any secret agreements or coordinated actions between parties that are intended to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantages, typically in the context of bidding, contracting, or competition. In practice, this clause applies to situations where two or more parties might conspire to fix prices, rig bids, or otherwise undermine fair competition, and it often outlines the consequences or remedies if such behavior is discovered. Its core function is to ensure a level playing field by deterring unethical collaboration and protecting the integrity of competitive processes.
