GECİKME CEZASI/ PENALTY FEE FOR DELAYS. 14.1. Yüklenici, iş bu sözleşmenin 15’inci maddesinde belirtilen süre uzatımı halleri ve 15.5.’inci maddesinde belirtilen sözleşme kapsamında yaptırılacak iş artışlarından kaynaklanan haller hariç, malzemenin idari şartnamenin 2.3. maddesinde belirtilen teslim tarihi/süresi içerisinde teslim edilmediği takdirde geçen her takvim günü için İDARE’ye geciken malzeme bedelinin 0.001 (binde bir)’i nispetinde gecikme cezası ödeyecektir. Gecikme cezası hiçbir şekilde geciken malzeme bedelini geçemez In case the material is not delivered within delivery date/period set forth in the Article 2.3. of the Administrative Specifications by the contractor, except the time extension terms stated in article 15 of this contract, and situations occurring due to the work increase determined in article 15.5. of this contract, the contractor shall pay a delay penalty at a rate of 0,001 (one thousandth) of the delayed item price, for each calendar day. The cost of penalty amount shall in no way exceed the delayed item price.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Method Xxxxxxxxx shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to CARB, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form. Xxxxxxxxx is responsible for all payment processing fees. Payments shall be accompanied by the Payment Transmittal Form to ensure proper application. CARB shall deposit the civil penalty amount into the Air Pollution Control Fund for the purpose of carrying out CARB’s duties and functions to ensure the integrity of its air pollution control programs. Should payment instructions change, CARB will provide notice to Xxxxxxxxx in accordance with Paragraph 12 (Notices).

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013.   • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
