Civil Penalty Payment. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) of the Total Settlement Amount shall be considered a “civil penalty” under section 25249.7(b) of the California Health and Safety Code. This civil penalty payment will be allocated in accordance with sections 25249.12(c)(1) & (d) of the California Health and Safety Code.
