Furnishing of Copies of Medical records/ documents. All medical records, reports, and other documents prepared by the Service Provider for the Trust under this contract shall be copied and provided to the Trust in the capacity of a government agency in order to comply with the applicable law whenever required. Restriction about the future use of these documents, if any, shall be specified in the SCC.

Furnishing of Copies of Medical records/ documents. All medical records, reports, and other documents prepared by the Service Provider for the Trust under this contract shall be copied and provided to the Trust in the capacity of a government agency in order to comply with the applicable law whenever required. Restriction about the future use of these documents, if any, shall be specified in the SCC. Equipment and Materials if any furnished by the Trust Equipment and materials if any made available to the Service Provider by the Trust shall be the property of the Trust and shall be marked accordingly. Upon termination or expiration of this Contract, the Service Provider shall make available to the Trust an inventory of such equipment and materials and shall dispose of such equipment and materials in accordance with the Trust’s instructions. While in possession of such equipment and materials, the Service Provider unless otherwise instructed by the Trust in writing, shall insure them at the expense of the Service Provider in an amount equal to their full replacement value.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.
