Funding to support operations. All the operations of the ION Administration Group, with the exception of the V6 Block Project at Altona, have continued trading without disruption since our appointment as Administrators. A line of credit in the amount of $20 million was obtained by the Administrators of ION Limited from Westpac Banking Corporation Limited (“Westpac”) (with support from CBA and NAB) to assist in the ongoing funding of ION Consolidated Group's businesses (including ION NZ) during the administration period. Orders were obtained from the Federal Court on 12 January 2005 enabling the Administrators to provide cashflow funding assistance by way of intercompany loan between the Pooled Entities. These orders made it possible for the Administrators to use the proceeds from the sale of the ION Energy Services Group to fund the Pooled Entities' working capital requirements and capital expenditure commitments during the administration period.

  • CAISO and Participating TO Obligations The CAISO and Participating TO shall cause the Participating TO’s Transmission System to be operated and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The Participating TO at the Interconnection Customer’s expense shall cause the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The CAISO and Participating TO may provide operating instructions to the Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Participating TO and CAISO operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Participating TO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Interconnection Customer.

ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
