Full-Time Unpaid Leave. The employee will not earn or accrue seniority credit during the term of the leave. The employee will not earn or accrue sick, personal, or vacation days during the term of the leave. The employee may continue medical and dental insurance coverage at the sole expense of the employee.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Unpaid Leave 6. Accrued compensatory time off may be used at the employee’s discretion, with management approval, after exhaustion of 100% sick leave (No. 3 above).
