Common use of Full-time Nurses Clause in Contracts

Full-time Nurses. a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on one (1) of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall be paid at the rate of 1-1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate and will either have a compensating day off within thirty (30) days or one additional day’s pay in lieu of a compensating day off at the option of the Medical Center, taking into consideration the request of the nurse.

Full-time Nurses. a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on one (1) of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall be paid at the rate of 1-1- 1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate and will either have a compensating day off within thirty (30) days or one additional day’s pay in lieu of a compensating day off at the option of the Medical Center, taking into consideration the request of the nurse.

Full-time Nurses. 2 a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on 3 one (1) of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall 4 be paid at the rate of 1-1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate 5 and will either have a compensating day off within thirty (30) days 6 or one additional day’s pay in lieu of a compensating day off at the 7 option of the Medical Center, taking into consideration the request 8 of the nurse.

Full-time Nurses. 26 a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on one (1) 27 of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall be paid at the 28 rate of 1-1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate and will either have a 1 compensating day off within thirty (30) days or one additional day’s pay in 2 lieu of a compensating day off at the option of the Medical Center, taking 3 into consideration the request of the nurse.

Full-time Nurses. 1 a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on one (1) 2 of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall be paid at the 3 rate of 1-1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate and will either have a 4 compensating day off within thirty (30) days or one additional day’s pay in 5 lieu of a compensating day off at the option of the Medical Center, taking 6 into consideration the request of the nurse.

Full-time Nurses. 27 a. When a regular full-time nurse is required to work on one (1) 28 of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she shall be paid at the 1 rate of 1-1/2 times his/her regular straight-time rate and will either have a 2 compensating day off within thirty (30) days or one additional day’s pay in 3 lieu of a compensating day off at the option of the Medical Center, taking 4 into consideration the request of the nurse.
