Common use of Frequency of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Evaluation. Tenured faculty will be regularly evaluated once every three (3) years. Additional evaluations of faculty may be scheduled as needed by the School Xxxx or Educational Administrator approved by the faculty being evaluated. For nursing faculty, additional evaluations shall be conducted by the School Xxxx or the Director of Nursing and Allied Health. Faulty will be notified by the end of the third (3) week of the semester identified for evaluation by the appropriate School Xxxx or Administrator. A detailed timeline for the evaluation process will be found in Appendix C. Timeline may be adjusted by the School Xxxx or approved Administrator through consultation and mutual agreement between the parties. If mutual agreement cannot be met then the timeline stands as published. Any changes shall be noted and initialed on the Faculty Evaluation Summary Form (C1). In the event a faculty member is due for evaluation and is on leave of four weeks or longer, the evaluation process will be conducted the next semester immediately following the faculty member’s return.
