Frequency of Evaluation. a) First- and second- year contract employees shall be evaluated a minimum of twice each year. The evaluations shall be completed by the fourteenth week of each semester. If the overall rating of the fall evaluation is "Unsatisfactory," the spring evaluation shall be completed by February 10.
