Common use of Frequency of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Evaluation. Provisional employees shall be evaluated no less often than two (2) times during their first (1st) year of employment. The first (1st) such evaluation must be completed within the first (1st) ninety (90) days of employment. The final evaluation shall be completed no later than June 1.
