Franchise Nonexclusive. This Franchise shall be nonexclusive, and subject to all prior rights, interests, easements or licenses granted by the City to any Person to use any property, Right-of-Way, right, interest or license for any purpose whatsoever, including the right of the City to use same for any purpose it deems fit, including the same or similar purposes allowed Grantee hereunder. The City may at any time grant authorization to use the Rights-of-Way for any purpose not incompatible with Grantee's authority under this Franchise and for such additional franchises for Cable Systems as the City deems appropriate.

This Agreement shall be nonexclusive, and is subject to all prior rights, interests, agreements, permits, easements or licenses granted by Grantor to any Person to use any Street, right-of-way, easement, or property for any purpose whatsoever, including the right of Grantor to use same for any purpose it deems fit, including the same or similar purposes allowed Grantee hereunder. Grantor may at any time grant authorization to use the public rights-of-way for any purpose not incompatible with Grantee's authority under this Agreement and for such additional Franchises for Cable Systems as Grantor deems appropriate, upon such terms and conditions as Grantor deems appropriate.

The City may at any time grant authorization to use the Right-of-Ways for any purpose not incompatible with Xxxxxxx's authority under this Franchise and for such additional franchises for cable systems as the City deems appropriate.
Franchise Nonexclusive. The franchise hereby granted is not exclusive, and shall not be construed as any limitation on the right of the City to grant rights, privileges and authority to other persons, corporations or to itself to make lawful use of the City’s public rights-of-way.
Franchise Nonexclusive. This Agreement grants to Columbia a nonexclusive franchise for its gas distribution system and does not in any manner prevent the City from granting similar or equal privileges to any other person or entity or from conducting such operations itself.
Franchise Nonexclusive. This agreement shall be nonexclusive, and is subject to all prior rights, interests, agreements, permits, easements or licenses granted by City to any Person to use any street, right-of-way, easements not otherwise restricted, or property for any purpose whatsoever, including the right of City to use same for any purpose it deems fit, including the same or similar purposes allowed Grantee. City may, at any time, grant authorization to use the public rights-of-way for any purpose not incompatible with Grantee’s authority under this agreement, and for such additional Franchises for Cable Systems as City deems appropriate, upon substantially equivalent terms and conditions to those contained in this agreement as City deems appropriate.
Franchise Nonexclusive. This Franchise Agreement shall not be construed as any limitation upon the right of the City to grant to other persons rights, privileges, or authorities similar to the rights, privileges, and authorities herein set forth, in the same or other streets, alleys, or other public ways or public places. The City specifically reserves the right to grant at any time during the term of this Franchise Agreement or extension thereof, if any, such additional Franchises for a cable television system as it deems appropriate. In the event the Franchising Authority grants one or more franchises or similar authorizations for the construction, operation and maintenance of any communication facility, or if the City so constructs and operates such, which shall offer services substantially equivalent to services offered by the Franchisee, it may not make the grant on less burdensome terms. If the Franchisee believes the said other franchises contain provisions imposing less burdensome terms than are imposed on the Franchisee, the Franchisee may petition the Franchising Authority for a modification of this Franchise as to insure fair and equal treatment by this Franchise and said other agreements and to provide all other parties equal treatment under the law. In requesting such modifications, the Franchisee shall file a petition seeking to amend the Franchise. Such petition shall:
Franchise Nonexclusive. Any franchise granted pursuant to this Chapter by the City shall not be exclusive, and the City specifically reserves the right to grant other franchises to any Persons at any time if the City determines that it is in the public interest to do so.
