Cable Systems definition

Cable Systems means individual cable television systems. Each cable television system shall be considered to be an individual Cable System, regardless of whether such cable television system is operated by an operator of more than one Cable System.
Cable Systems means the Systems owned by the Company on the date hereof.
Cable Systems means any radio frequency ("RF") cable television franchise or hybrid fiber-coaxial RF Plant distribution system ("RF Plant") serving a geographically proximal group of residences, businesses, or other locations. Cable Systems include both One-Way Systems and Two-Way Systems.

  • The Licensee shall abide, implement and ensure compliance to the TRAI Regulations relating to Addressable Cable Systems, in particular the Interconnection Regulations, the Tariff Order and the QoS Regulations (as defined below).

  • The Licensee shall be responsible for carrying out and enforcing the Cable System's privacy policy, and shall at all times maintain adequate physical, technical and administrative security safeguards to ensure that personal subscriber information is handled and protected strictly in accordance with this policy.

More Definitions of Cable Systems

Cable Systems means the telecommunications and/or television systems constructed or to be constructed in the areas covered by the Licences and includes any part of such system and all modifications, substitutions, replacements, renewals and extensions made to such systems;
