The Licensee shall abide, implement and ensure compliance to the TRAI Regulations relating to Addressable Cable Systems, in particular the Interconnection Regulations, the Tariff Order and the QoS Regulations (as defined below).
The Licensee shall be responsible for carrying out and enforcing the Cable System's privacy policy, and shall at all times maintain adequate physical, technical and administrative security safeguards to ensure that personal subscriber information is handled and protected strictly in accordance with this policy.
In the event that the applicable codes are revised such that Cable Systems become subject to low voltage regulations without being grandfathered or otherwise exempted, the Company will thereafter be required to comply with those regulations.
The parties agree that at present, Cable Systems are not subject to the low voltage regulations of the National Electric Code, National Electrical Safety Code, or other such codes or regulations.
