Formal Discipline. According to the gravity of the transgression, formal discipline may be in the form of any one or combination of the following and will be based on just cause: 1. Formal oral reprimand (documented) 2. Written reprimand 3. Suspension without pay 4. Demotion 5. Permanent Separation
