FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION. A. Missed Meals. BCC takes into consideration the average student will be absent from a certain number of meals and sets the rates accordingly. For this reason, no contract adjustments or refunds will be made for missed meals.
FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION. 1. All residents who live in one of the mandatory meal plan areas (Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, the Trees Complex, Forest Suites, Xxxxxx Suites, Fenway Suites, Xxxxxx North Suites, Xxxxxx South Suites, and the Boylston 5th Floor Attics) are required to contract one of the meal plans outlined for these areas. This information can be found on the Bentley University website. Additionally, residents who live in the mandatory meal plan areas listed above are NOT eligible to select meal plans that are deemed only for residents who live in an on-campus house/apartment or commuter students. 2. All first-year students will be required to be on a specific meal plan as outlined on the Bentley University website for their first two semesters of enrollment. 3. Upper-class students who have a meal plan may lower their meal plan within the first two weeks of the semester. The meal plan contract for Apartments, Cape, Castle and Xxxxxxxx residents may be changed at any time. These are non-mandatory areas. Fall Semester: Monday, September 14, 2020 Spring Semester: Monday, January 25, 2021 4. Meal plans are not in effect during Thanksgiving, semester breaks, and Spring Break. If students are approved to stay over a break period, they may be subject to a per day rate to cover meal plan costs.
FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION. Dining service, including where and how it will be offered to residential students, is subject to the discretion of the University and is subject to modification to address public health concerns. Due to state and federal health and safety guidance, Bentley University may limit the occupancy of dining halls, limit the amount of time students may remain within dining halls or make other operational adjustments needed to address health and safety concerns.

It is the responsibility of the student to drop or change their Meal Plan through the Housing Student Self Service Portal. Once the semester begins students are charged for the number of days they have been on the plan regardless of use. 6. Students remain financially responsible for the Meal Plan until the student communicates through the Housing Student Self-Service Portal that they wish to modify their Meal Plan. Board payment is refundable, but other charges may still apply. 7. Discretionary funds do not rollover to the next semester.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a PNG Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, PNG shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to PNG. PNG shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not PNG collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 PNG shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event PNG exercises such option, PNG will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow PNG to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless PNG has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which PNG will collect from PNG’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, PNG shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to PNG. PNG shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not PNG collects such charges from its own Customer.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION 3.1 Except as otherwise required by law, CenturyLink will not provide or establish Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services and/or resale of Telecommunications Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to CLEC's execution of this Agreement. The Parties shall complete CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire," as it applies to CLEC's obtaining of Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder. 3.2 Prior to placing any orders for services under this Agreement, the Parties will jointly complete the following sections of CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire:" General Information Billing and Collection (Section 1) Credit Information Billing Information Summary Billing OSS and Network Outage Notification Contact Information System Administration Contact Information Ordering Information for LIS Trunks, Collocation, and Associated Products (if CLEC plans to order these services) Design Layout Request – LIS Trunking and Unbundled Loop (if CLEC plans to order these services) 3.2.1 The remainder of this questionnaire must be completed within two (2) weeks of completing the initial portion of the questionnaire. This questionnaire will be used to: Determine geographical requirements; Identify CLEC identification codes; Determine CenturyLink system requirements to support CLEC's specific activity; Collect credit information; Obtain Billing information; Create summary bills; Establish input and output requirements; Create and distribute CenturyLink and CLEC contact lists; and Identify CLEC hours and holidays. 3.2.2 CLECs that have previously completed a Questionnaire need not fill out a New Customer Questionnaire; however, CLEC will update its New Customer Questionnaire with any changes in the required information that have occurred and communicate those changes to CenturyLink. Before placing an order for a new product, CLEC will need to complete the relevant New Product Questionnaire and amend this Agreement.
