Common use of Flammable Materials Clause in Contracts

The contractor guarantees that representative tests made under the procedure provided in Section 4 of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Acts show that the fabrics contained in the items included in this contract are not under the provisions of the act and that the items purchased meet all fire regulations and Cal-OSHA requirements.
