Fixed Term Period. On your written instructions we can advise you of your options at the end of a fixed term. The tenancy can be allowed to continue on a periodic basis, or we can negotiate a new tenancy, or serve notices to terminate the tenancy or to increase the rent. Our relevant fees can be found in “Additional Charges”. Rent Collection Service This service allows you to manage the property yourself but with the benefit of our marketing, tenant find, referencing and paperwork preparation. We will collect the initial monies, rent, deposit and continue to collect the rent on a monthly basis. The initial set up with this service mirrors the Fully Managed Service and covers Steps 1 to 6 (a working float is not taken with this service). The following clauses of Full Management service apply: Finding a Tenant Tenant References (including only the initial ‘Right to Rent’ checks) Tenancy Agreement & ‘How to Rent’ document Collection of initial rent and Deposit Rent Processing Safety Checks and EPC Expiry of Fixed Term Tenancy.

Fixed Term Period. Fixed term employees are entitled to all the conditions applying under the Agreement and hence will not be disadvantaged.

  • Fixed Term This Agreement is concluded for a fixed term specified in the ‘Contract Term’ section of the Order Form. Neither Party can terminate this Agreement for convenience, however any rights of termination for cause remain unaffected.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Fixed Term Contract 1.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (“Term”). The Term shall start from the service effective date.

  • Unbroken Vacation Period An Employee shall receive an unbroken period of vacation unless mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.

  • Transitional Period At the end of the transitional period as defined in Article 10(2) of the Directive, the contracting parties shall cease to apply the withholding/retention tax and revenue sharing provided for in this Agreement and shall apply in respect of the other contracting party the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive. If during the transitional period either of the contracting parties elects to apply the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive it shall no longer apply the withholding/retention tax and the revenue sharing provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement.

  • Initial Period The Initial Period will begin on the date set forth above and will terminate on the earlier of (i) the Commercial Operation Date, or (ii) the Date the Agreement is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Clause 19.
