Common use of First Aid Allowance Clause in Contracts

First Aid Allowance. 5.3.1 Where an employee (excluding a nurse aide or a nurse) holds a current first aid certificate or recognised nursing qualification and is a designated first aider in the school, such an employee shall be paid an allowance of $0.35 per hour.
