Firm’s Relevant Experience. Experience in performing similar services for organization of similar size to the District. Experience with public agencies. Years of experience with these types of services. The Proposer must provide documentation demonstrating experience and expertise with the successful installation of a minimum of three (3) solar PV systems similar in size and scope to the District’s proposed Solar PV System project, which includes interconnection with a microgrid system. These project examples must include a Reference point of contact, including Name, Title, Phone Number and Email for the reference. The Provider must demonstrate experience with the technical performance requirements, have the financial and staffing resources to complete the work on schedule and service the contract throughout the term of the PPA, and have proven past experience on similar projects (ideally within SDG&E’s service territory).

Buyer has been advised by and has relied solely on its own expertise and legal, tax, title, reservoir engineering, environmental and other professional counsel concerning this transaction, the Properties, the value thereof and title thereto.
