A copy of such memorandum shall be served upon the employee who shall sign a copy to acknowledge receipt thereof and to further acknowledge the employee's understanding that the signed copy shall be retained by the supervisor. Such memoranda may be used as evidence in future disciplinary actions with regard to said employee.

  • Disciplinary Notice Each employee shall receive a copy of any formal disciplinary notice that is to be placed in his/her personnel file. With the consent of the employee concerned, notification shall be given to the Local Union that a disciplinary notice is being served on the employee.

  • Innovative Unit Scheduling Schedules other than those included in Articles 13.01 and 13.02 may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of patient care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.
