Enforcement proceeding definition

Enforcement proceeding means an adjudicatory proceeding brought upon a complaint filed pursuant to Section 31 of the Act by the Attorney General, State's Attorney, or other persons, in which the complaint alleges violation of the Act, any rule or regulation adopted under the Act, any permit or term or condition of a permit, or any Board order.
Enforcement proceeding means any proceeding commenced by the New SRO for the purposes of enforcement, including but not limited to a disciplinary hearing and settlement hearing.
Enforcement proceeding means a proceeding instituted by the competent Competition Authority of a Party against one or more undertakings with the aim of establishing and remedying anti-competitive behaviour.
