Final Level - Board of Trustees. Upon proper notification and application to the Board of Trustees within five (5) working days after receiving the Board of Review's decision, the grievance may be appealed to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall review the decision and may hold a meeting. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall supersede all previous decisions and shall become binding on all parties. The Board of Trustees shall render a final decision within sixty (60) working days after receipt of the appeal and transmit it promptly to all parties in interest.

Final Level - Board of Trustees. Except as provided in Section 12.6.4 (j), the decision of the Board of Trustees shall be final and supersede all previous decisions. The Board of Trustees shall render a final decision within forty-five (45) working days after receipt of the appeal and shall transmit it promptly to all parties in interest. If, during its deliberations on the matter, the Board of Trustees receives evidence from either party to the grievance, it shall immediately notify in writing the other party or the unrepresented grievant and provide them the opportunity to produce any evidence in response on the issue(s) in question before it renders its final decision.

The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over any matter contained in this Collective Agreement, including its administration or renegotiation. The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or of the Employer.
