Processing of Grievance. It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee's representative, if an employee, shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss in pay, to investigate a grievance, and present grievances to the County during normal working hours provided the employee and the employee representative have notified the designated supervisor.
Processing of Grievance. Grievances will be processed in the following manner and within the stated time limits. The formal written grievance must be filed within twenty (20) working days of the event giving rise to the grievance or within twenty (20) working days of the time when the grievant, with due diligence, should have known of the event.
Processing of Grievance. Grievances shall be processed only by the Union on behalf of an employee or on behalf of a group of employees or itself setting forth name(s) or group(s) of the employee(s). The Grievant or one Grievant representing a group of Grievants may be present at any step of the grievance procedure, and the employee is entitled to Union representation at each and every step of the grievance procedure. The resolution of a grievance filed on behalf of a group of employees shall be made applicable to the appropriate employees within that group.

The aggrieved employee and the employee representative shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss in pay when a grievance is investigated and presented to the employer during normal working hours provided the employee and the employee representative have notified and received the approval of the officer in charge of the shift who has determined that such absence is reasonable and would not be detrimental to the work programs of the employer provided such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Processing of Grievance. All grievances, whether Levels I, II or III, shall be heard outside of the school day, subject only to the discretion of the arbitrator, or at such times as determined by the School Board or its designated representatives. In the event the grievance shall be processed during the basic school day, there shall be no loss in wages, and this shall involve no more than three persons including the grievant's representative, in any grievance whether involving one or more grievant.
Processing of Grievance a. It is mutually agreed that grievances should be processed as rapidly as possible. The number of days indicated at each procedural level shall be considered maximums. The limits specified may be altered by the mutual written consent of the grievant and the appropriate District-designated administrator, and the Federation shall be notified of such alteration. Failure by the District to respond to a grievance within the timelines specified herein shall result in the grievance moving to the next level.
Processing of Grievance. The processing of a grievance shall be conducted at times mutually agreeable to the parties. If a grievance is appealed to arbitration as provided by Section 6, each side shall be responsible for compensating its own representatives and witnesses.
Processing of Grievance. (a) The Association's shop xxxxxxx shall suffer no loss of pay for the time spent processing grievances or attending meetings with the Employer's representative.
Processing of Grievance. The processing of all grievances shall be during normal work days, and employees shall not lose wages due to their participation. Processing shall be defined as meetings with the administration to discuss the grievance. However, grievance hearings at Level III may be outside the work day.
