Filling Temporary Contract Positions. The Employer may fill temporary contract employee positions for relief work. These positions will be filled through the request for transfer mechanism set out in section 17.01. Regular employees electing to accept a temporary contract position shall return to their regular position upon completion of the position. All provisions of the Agreement covering regular employees will continue to apply.
