Family Review Process. The method of ensuring a system of care support, quality assurance, and continuous system improvement that provides family collaboration, facilitates quality assurance and continuous system improvement, involves periodic reviews and monitoring of individual POCs and outcomes, provides systemic support at both Participant and Participant’s family’s level and the system-practice level. This includes consultation between the Wrap OC Provider Agency and WRIT or its designee.

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.

  • Grievance Processing Union stewards or Union officials shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for the investigation and processing of grievances and arbitrations. Requests for such time off shall be made in advance and shall not be unreasonably denied. The Union will furnish the Employer with a list of Union stewards and their jurisdictions.
