Appeals Process definition

Appeals Process means the process of a student appealing a decision made during through the Kansas State University Judicial Process.

Appeals Process. The overall process that includes Appeals at the Contractor level and access to the State Fair Hearing process (the State’s Administrative Law Hearing).
Appeals Process means the appeal process whereby applicants that are reviewed by a panel and have met all eligibility requirements may appeal a decision or recommendation of an advisory panel. If an applicant believes there are grounds for an appeal following the panel review of their application, a formal letter to the executive director stating the grounds for appeal is required within thirty (30) days of receipt of funding notification if the applicant can demonstrate that the review of the application was based on criteria other than those appearing in NMA regulations or the decision was influenced by an advisory panel member or commissioner with an undisclosed conflict or interest.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Administrative Action has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Random selection process means a process by which currently income-eligible households are selected for placement in affordable housing units such that no preference is given to one applicant over another except for purposes of matching household income and size with an appropriately priced and sized affordable unit (e.g., by lottery).

  • Court of Appeal means the division of the Supreme Court referred to in section 7(1)(b);

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.
