Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Bath towels and linens are not be removed from cabin for any purpose. Limited beach towels (6) and beach blanket (1) are provided for guest use but it is recommended that guest bring their own for use at beach and pool. Please remove sand and hang to dry before bringing into cabin after each use. Count of all towels and linens will be performed by cleaning crew upon check out. Xxxxx agrees to pay in full for any replacement of such missing towels or linen at retail pricing.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. Midway’s cleaning staff will ensure that your rental home is clean upon your arrival. There is no daily housekeeping service included. All dishes used should be run through the dishwasher or hand washed prior to departure. Please place any used towels in the bathtub prior to departure. Sheets can remain on the beds.

An initial set up of two toilet paper rolls per full bath, two hand soaps per full bath, a shampoo and lotion per full bath, a small trash bag per bath, two kitchen trash bags, two dish detergent tabs, a roll of paper towels and a starter four cup coffee pack will be provided. All additional supplies will be provided by the guest(s). House towels or linens are not to be taken from the property. Missing towels and/or linens will be charged to guest.
