Reservation Deposit. Payment of a deposit secures your reservations. Dates are not held without a reservation deposit. The balance of your reservation fee is due no later than 21 business days prior to your requested reservations. If the balance is not paid in full before that date, your request will be forfeited, and deposit refunded.

Reservation Deposit. Reserving Party hereby expresses an interest in and reserves the right to purchase a Unit, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. To evidence Reserving Party’s good faith and true interest in acquiring a Unit, Reserving Party makes herewith a fully refundable reservation deposit (“Reservation Deposit”) of $2,500.00 via personal check or wire transfer, which shall be deposited and held in escrow by an Escrow Agent in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Reservation Deposit. At time of booking, an initial deposit of $100.00 and rental agreement is due within five (5) business days to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your balance. If booking a reservation within 30 days of occupancy, the full rental amount and deposit is due at the time of booking. Otherwise, payment is due 30 days prior to your stay.

In the event of any damage to the suite, we will charge your card for damages.

Payment may be made by major credit card online via our payment portal. You will recieve a reminder email notifying you that your final payment is due. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totalling 10% of the total rental amount or $100.00, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure. If reservations are made within the 30-day window then no cancellations will be honored. HAZARDOUS PRACTICES Barbeque grills may only be used if provided by the Owner and must be used in the location provided only. No open flames (i.e., candle burning) are permitted on balconies or in the property). Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Please consider opening the sliding door when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. PETS In most of our properties, pets are not permitted. Small dogs may be considered based on the advertised policy of the individual property. Type of pet, number of pets, and a description and photo of pet(s) must be provided prior to rental agreement signing by Manager. Additional cleaning fees and security deposits will be included. For homes where pets are not permitted, if evidence of a pet(s) is found in the property or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Reservation Deposit. A deposit of $500 is required. Deposit must be received at time of booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable with 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and soiled dishes are washed and put away. • Cleaning requests are complete. • The house is locked. • No early check-in or late checkout. • No Ocean lakes violations and/or Guest/guests of guest is/are not removed by the owner (representative of the owner) and/or the local law enforcement or the security services employed by Ocean Lakes.
Reservation Deposit. “Reservation Deposit” means any deposit or advance payment received by Seller or the Hotel Manager in connection with the reservation or booking of any guest room, banquet room or other Hotel facility or service for a time or period after Closing.
