Facsimile Execution and Counterparts. The parties may execute a counterpart copy of this agreement by photocopying a facsimile, or printing out an email version, of this agreement and executing that photocopy or email version. Where a party executes such a counterpart copy and transmits the signed execution page of that counterpart copy by facsimile to the other parties, then, for the purposes of this agreement: Proof: the transmission will be deemed proof of signature of the original; and Counterpart: the signed counterpart copy will be deemed an original for the purposes of this agreement.
