Extended Illness Bank. The existing Extended Illness Bank shall be maintained for current participants. It will not accrue additional hours. Extended illness pay is available following completion of thirty-two (32) consecutive scheduled hours of absence due to illness or injury, upon the first day of hospitalization or upon the day of any outpatient procedure that requires at least two (2) days off from work.
