Common use of Expenses of Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Arbitrator. Each party shall pay the fees and expenses of such party's witnesses and all other expenses connected with the presentation of such party's case. The cost of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the cost of the record or transcripts thereof, if any, administrative fees, and all other fees and costs, shall be borne equally by the parties.
