Common use of Existing Employees Clause in Contracts

Existing Employees. Subject to the Act and s56, 57 & 58 of the Act existing employees who are covered by the application Clause of this Agreement (Clause 1.4) may become union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of becoming a union member, be bound by all benefits and obligations relating to employees under this Agreement.
