Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.
Sustainable Development 4.1 The Authority will review the Contractor’s Sustainable Development Policy Statement and Sustainable Development Plan submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule (Sustainable Development Requirements) and then at least annually thereafter.
Employee Development The Employer may provide employees the opportunity to participate in appropriate seminars, workshops or short courses. When possible and appropriate the Employer will provide to all staff information on seminars, workshops or short courses by posting a notice on the Employer’s internal web site.
TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.
Future Development Buyer is aware that the Property may be affected by future development of property in the neighborhood or surrounding areas and the Property may be subject to building and development restrictions and conditions. Buyer is advised to consult with appropriate government agencies and shall rely solely upon Buyer’s own investigations to determine future development or planning and its potential impact on the Property. Buyer is advised that the Universal Studios and Xxxxxx Ranch areas are in the process of major expansion at this time as are other areas located within City and County jurisdiction.
Notice of Developments Each Party will give prompt written notice to the other Party of any material adverse development causing a breach of any of its own representations and warranties in Section 3 and Section 4 above. No disclosure by any Party pursuant to this Section 5(f), however, shall be deemed to amend or supplement the Disclosure Schedule or to prevent or cure any misrepresentation, breach of warranty, or breach of covenant.
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.
Staff Development The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.
Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”
Product Development Attach all requested documentation and attach additional pages as necessary. For all requirements include efforts of all Sublicensees. If not applicable, please so indicate by N/A.
