Excessive leave accruals. (a) An employee has an ‘excessive leave accrual’ if the employee has accrued more than eight (8) weeks’ paid annual leave (or ten (10) weeks’ paid annual leave for a shiftworker, as defined in clause 29.1 of this Agreement).
