Rest Break. 6.4.10(a) An employee working overtime must be allowed a rest break of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue work after the rest break.

Rest Break. Wherever possible the Company agrees to grant all employees covered by this Agreement, two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Wherever possible employees called upon to work overtime shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute rest period every two (2) hours while overtime lasts.
Rest Break. (a) At a time suitable to the Employer, an Employee is entitled to a rest break of 10 minutes, which will be counted as time worked, for each period of three hours worked, with a maximum of two rest breaks per shift. The Employer and an Employee may agree to one rest break of 20 minutes in place of the two 10 minute rest breaks.
