Rest Break. 6.4.10(a) An employee working overtime must be allowed a rest break of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue work after the rest break.
Rest Break. Wherever possible the Company agrees to grant all employees covered by this Agreement, two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Wherever possible employees called upon to work overtime shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute rest period every two (2) hours while overtime lasts.
Rest Break. (a) At a time suitable to the Employer, an Employee is entitled to a rest break of 10 minutes, which will be counted as time worked, for each period of three hours worked, with a maximum of two rest breaks per shift. The Employer and an Employee may agree to one rest break of 20 minutes in place of the two 10 minute rest breaks.
Rest Break. Periods during the scheduled shift during which the Employee remains on continual duty and is responsible for assigned duties.

An employee and a school may agree to one rest break of 20 minutes in place of two 10 minute rest breaks. Rest Break. Employees are provided paid rest breaks up to fifteen (15) minutes for every four (4) hours worked or major fraction thereof. Rest breaks may be scheduled by the Employer or taken on an intermittent basis. The employee shall notify his/her supervisor prior to taking a break. In an urgent situation, the supervisor may require the employee to postpone his/her break until the situation has been resolved.

Rest Break. All employees shall normally be granted a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period during each one-half (1/2) shift at times designated by the Employer.
Rest Break. Each employee is authorized one fifteen (15) minute rest break within each four hour work period including overtime. Where possible, employees shall be allowed to take the rest break away from the immediate worksite. It is agreed that the rest periods may not be continuations of the lunch period and they may not be granted immediately after the beginning of the work shift or immediately prior to quitting time, nor shall they be accumulated. Although there may be rare occasions when employees may not be able to exercise this right, it will not be arbitrarily withheld.
