Excess Liability Umbrella. The Contractor shall procure and maintain, during the life of this contract $1,000,000 Excess Liability Coverage (Umbrella). This coverage is over and above the underlying coverage of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 General Liability, Automobile & Employers Liability.

Excess Liability Umbrella. Insurance with a minimum limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence.
Excess Liability Umbrella. Insurance with a minimum limit of $8,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. The excess liability limits shall apply in excess of the insurance required herein and shall contain a drop down provision in the event of exhaustion of the underlying limits. Such minimum insurance limits required herein may be satisfied either by primary insurance or by any combination of primary and excess/umbrella insurance. The required insurance coverages shall be in effect on or before the commencement of on site construction of the Facility and shall be maintained in effect throughout the Term of this Agreement.
