Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to you at no additional charge is (i) 5 MB per User license for Salesforce Personal Edition, (ii) 1 GB per 5-User license package for Group Edition Featuring Google AdWords, or (iii) the greater of 1 GB or an aggregate of 20 MB per User license, for Professional and Enterprise Edition. If the amount of disk storage required exceeds these limits, you will be charged the then-current storage fees. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx will use reasonable efforts to notify you when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx to so notify you shall not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.
Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to you without additional charge is 50 GB per month per data source under the Basic Plan and 750 GB per month under the Advanced Plan. Storage is measured in the aggregate across all Users. If your aggregate amount of storage exceeds these limits, you will be charged $50 per month for an additional 25 GB of storage. Please note that additional storage can only be purchased in 25GB bundles.

Fairsail will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by Fairsail to so notify the Customer shall not affect the Customer’s responsibility for such additional storage charges. Fairsail reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.

The maximum file storage space provided to the Customer at no additional charge is 2 GB per User license. If the amount of data storage or file storage required exceeds these limits, the Customer will be charged storage fees at Sage People’s then current list price. Sage People will use reasonable efforts to notify the Customer when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum; however, any failure by Sage People to so notify the Customer shall not affect the Customer’s responsibility for such additional storage charges. Sage People reserves the right to establish or modify its general practices and limits relating to storage of Customer Data.
Excess Data Storage Fees. You are limited in the amount of disk storage space you may utilize. Unless agreed to otherwise through an executed amendment to this section, you/your application may utilize no greater than 20 MB per User license. If storage you require exceeds the limit, you will be charged an additional storage fee at the then-current rate based on your requirement. IVINEX attempt to notify you telephonically when your aggregate storage used per license level reaches approximately 95% of the maximum for that license level, however, any failure by IVINEX or its representative(s) to notify you will not affect your responsibility for such additional storage charges on a prospective basis. IVINEX reserves the right to modify its general practices and limits relating to storage.
Excess Data Storage Fees. EBIX shall provide each of CUSTOMER’s Users with maximum disk storage space 50 MB at no additional charge. If the amount of disk storage space required exceeds this limit, CUSTOMER will be charged the then-current storage fees (currently $3.00 per month per Gigabyte). EBIX shall use reasonable efforts to notify CUSTOMER when the average storage space used by each User is approximately 90% of the maximum. If EBIX should fail to notify CUSTOMER, this would not affect CUSTOMER’s responsibility to pay excess data storage fees.

Excess Data Storage Fees. The maximum disk storage space provided to Ordering Activity at no additional charge is 1 (One) GB per User and disk storage space between Users may be shared to the extent that total storage space required for Ordering Activity does not exceed maximum space for all Users combined. Eccentex will use reasonable efforts to notify Ordering Activity when the average storage used per license reaches approximately 90% of the maximum.
