Evidence of Current COFR. If the Facility Agent shall so request, provide, if applicable, the Facility Agent with copies of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Act 1990 for any Vessel owned by it;
Evidence of Current COFR. If the Lenders shall so request, provide the Lenders with copies of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Xxx 0000 for each of the Vessels.
Evidence of Current COFR. The Facility Agent shall have received evidence of current compliance with any applicable requirement for a Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Xxx 0000 for each New Credit Support Vessel, as applicable;
Evidence of Current COFR. The Borrower will, if and for so long as the Vessel trades in the United States of America and Exclusive Economic Zone (as defined in the United States Oil Pollution Act 1990), obtain, retain and provide the Lender with a copy of, a valid Certificate of Financial Responsibility for the Vessel under that Act and will comply strictly with the requirements of that Act.
Evidence of Current COFR. The Borrower will from time to time on the request of the Agent provide the Agent with such evidence as the Agent may reasonably require that each Vessel has a valid and current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the United States Oil Pollution Xxx 0000.
Evidence of Current COFR. To the extent that any Vessel travels in United States waters or becomes flagged in the United States, if the Lenders shall so request, provide the Lenders with copies of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Axx 0000 for such Vessel;
Evidence of Current COFR. The Facility Agent shall have received a copy of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Xxx 0000 for the XXXXX XXXX.
Evidence of Current COFR. Without limiting the Borrower’s obligations under Clause 12.3.4, if any Vessel trades in US waters, the Borrower will from time to time on the request of the Paying Agent provide the Paying Agent with such evidence as the Paying Agent may reasonably require that such Vessel has a valid and current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the United States Oil Pollution Xxx 0000.
Evidence of Current COFR. If the Vessel is registered in the United States, the Facility Agent shall have received copies of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility pursuant to the Oil Pollution Act 1990 for the Vessel.
Evidence of Current COFR. Each Borrower shall procure that each Collateral Owner will, if and for so long as its Collateral Vessel trades in the United States of America and Exclusive Economic Zone (as defined in the United States Oil Pollution Act 1990), obtain, retain and provide the Agent with a copy of, a valid Certificate of Financial Responsibility for its Collateral Vessel under that Act and will comply strictly with the requirements of that Act.
