Evidence of Tax Payments. The Borrower will pay prior to delinquency all Taxes and Other Taxes payable in respect of any payment. Within 30 days after the date of any payment of Taxes, the Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent, at its address referred to in Section 11.02, the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment of such Taxes or Other Taxes.

Evidence of Tax Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes or Other Taxes by any Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of any receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Upon the request of the applicable Bank, the Borrower making such payment will furnish to the Agent, at its address referred to in Section 10.02, the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment of such Taxes.
