In no event will Enforced Delay include any delay resulting from general economic or market conditions, from the unavailability of financing or financing on terms acceptable to SNHU, from labor shortages, nor from the unavailability for any reason of particular materials or other supplies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, investors or lenders desired by SNHU. It is understood and agreed that SNHU will bear all risks of delay which is not Enforced Delay.
