Establishment of Price. Prior to the issuance of a Release Order for Services under this BOA, the Princeton University Technical Representative will contact the Professional Services Contractor to discuss the project scope and requirements and may provide the Professional Services Contractor with a statement of work, drawings, or other specifications. The Professional Services Contractor will prepare and submit a cost estimate to complete the services that will include the following minimum information:
