EPCC. Licensor will assist MSI in obtaining for MSI, on terms acceptable to MSI, the right to distribute the parallelized version of the Licensed Works from the Edinburgh Parallel Computing Centre (EPCC).

EPCC. EPCC has extensive experience providing training on a variety of HPC and data topics. Their experience ranges from postgraduate training (taught MSc) to a range of academic courses open to students and academics across Europe. Topics range from introductory courses on using HPC facilities, software engineering and data carpentry, to advanced courses in parallel programming techniques (e.g., Advanced parallel programming methods using MPI, hybrid coding and novel HPC architectures). BSC BSC has experience in training on computational mechanics and parallelization through its own research projects. In biomechanics, for example, the relevant project is the "Alya Red Cardiac Computational Model", which is a paradigmatic example of HPC-based simulation at the organ level. XXXX SURFsara has experience in training users who are not familiar with the HPC concepts and/or HPC systems and would like to use it for their research. The topics of the trainings range from Unix, cluster and supercomputing, scientific data management to data-intensive applications with Spark & Hadoop, deep learning/machine learning with GPUs and visualization.

  • Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Project Engineer If the Project has been designed by the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer is to act as the Owner's representative, assumes all duties and responsibilities, and has the rights and authority assigned to Project Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Contractor Parties A Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to Perform under the Contract in any capacity.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
