Data for these measures is available through the Biennial Reporting System, the Toxics Release Inventory and the EPA national database for RCRA, called RCRA Info. ENVIRONMENTAL AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS. The following environmental and performance indicators will be used to determine the long-term success of the RCRA Program. The CORE performance measures developed and agreed to by ECOS and EPA are incorporated into these indicators. During FY’99 EPA and Ecology will assess the progress on these indicators using data available in the RCRIS data base, Biennial Reporting System, and the Toxics Release Inventory data base. This assessment will be done at the end of the year. • Pounds per year of hazardous waste generated per facility (sorted by SIC and ZIP code) from Biennial Reporting System (BRS). See goals 1 through 5. • Pounds per year of toxic chemicals released to air, land, and water as measured by the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI). See goals 1 through 5. • Number and percentage of sites subject to RCRA corrective actions that have (a) human exposures under control and (b) ground water contamination under control. Measured in RCRIS database. See goals 1, 2, 4 and 5. • Percent of high and medium priority facilities subject to RCRA corrective action where a final remedy or interim measure is in place for any portion of the facility. Measured in RCRIS database. See goals 1, 2, 4 and 5. • Percent of facilities that require either an operating or post closure permit where a final permit decision has been made. Measured in RCRIS database. See goals 1 through 5. • Percent incidence of "Environmental Threats" per inspection by calendar year. Measured in RCRIS database. See goals 1 and 5.

Data for these and other measures are available through EPA’s national Biennial Reporting System, Toxics Release Inventory, and the RCRAInfo database. The core measures that Ecology and EPA will use for assessing performance are aligned with Ecology’s goals and priorities above. They include:  Pounds of hazardous waste generated per facility, per year.  Pounds of toxic chemicals released to air, land, and water per year, as measured by the Toxics Release Inventory.  Progress on the number and percentage of sites subject to RCRA corrective action that have (a) human exposures under control and (b) ground water contamination under control, as measured in the RCRAInfo database.  Percent of high and medium priority facilities subject to corrective action, where a final remedy or an interim measure is in place for any portion of the facility.  Percent of facilities that require either an operating or post closure permit, where there are approved controls in place, as measured in the RCRAInfo database.  Percent incidence of "environmental threats" (as defined by Ecology) per inspection by calendar year. Analysis will include data in the RCRAInfo database.  Rates of Significant Non-Compliance, and percentage of Significant Non-Compliance facilities that are returned to compliance.  Number of enforcement actions taken.  Number of environmental risks resolved.

  • COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Two (2) Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be conducted during each Term of this Agreement. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of Department to ensure Concessionaire’s effectiveness and compliance. The meetings shall review all aspects of the Concession Operation, ensuring that quality public services are being provided on a continuing basis in accordance with the Bid Specifications and this Agreement, that operational problems/concerns are addressed on a timely basis, and that all terms and conditions are clearly understood. The meetings shall be held on site with Department-designated State Park Service staff representative(s), the on-site concession manager, and a management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm. A report form shall be utilized to document the meeting, and to identify any deficiencies and the corrective action required. A copy of the completed report form shall be provided to the on- site concession manager or the management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm and shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first. • Meeting #2 - Within ten (10) calendar days after the last approved day of the Period of Operation.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.

  • Bid and Performance Security The Contractor hereby and herewith deposits with and delivers to the Minister, as security of the due fulfilment of the Contract, one of the following, which shall remain in effect for a minimum of 30 days after tender closing:

  • OUTCOME IF GRANTEE CANNOT COMPLETE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work, if Grantee cannot complete or otherwise comply with a requirement included in this Statement of Work, HHSC, at its sole discretion, may impose remedies or sanctions outlined under Contract Attachment C, Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, Section 7.09 (Remedies and Sanctions).

  • Licensor Performance Obligations 1. The Licensor will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its performance will meet or exceed industry standards and practices. Additionally, the Licensor agrees to the following performance standards.

  • Environmental Health and Safety Performance Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS will promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver Goods that contain any asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.

  • Payment and Performance Bonds The Contractor shall comply with the following minimum bonding requirements:

  • Key Performance Indicators 10.1 The Supplier shall at all times during the Framework Period comply with the Key Performance Indicators and achieve the KPI Targets set out in Part B of Framework Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators).

  • Parties to Perform Obligations 16.4.1 Notwithstanding the existence of any Dispute and difference referred to the Appropriate Commission and save as the Appropriate Commission may otherwise direct by a final or interim order, the Parties hereto shall continue to perform their respective obligations (which are not in dispute) under this Agreement.
