Employment Application. Every individual who wishes to be considered for classified employment must complete and sign an employment application form, which is provided by the Human Resources Division. This form furnishes a variety of information concerning the prospective employee's experience and gives the district the legal right to investigate his/her background through reference checks. Screening of applicants shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Division, with the assistance of the supervisor of the area having the need.
