Employees Wanting To Be Drivers. An employee desiring to become a driver shall place his/her name in seniority order on a list. This list may be used for management to fill the final opening as described in the bidding procedure. Provided the employee meets all other qualifications, he/she shall have thirty (30) days to qualify for the new position. For purposes of hiring full-time employees into Package Car Clas- sification, Earth City, Jefferson Avenue and Xxxxxx Buildings will maintain one (1) list by seniority for part-time employees wanting to go into Package Car Classification.
