EMPLOYEES PERFORMING LEGAL DUTIES AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS DUTIES. This clause 4 applies to employees (affected employees) who, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement were covered by the DIT EA and employed in a Legal or Public Affairs classification. If, at the date of commencement of this Agreement, an affected employee's current salary is above the maximum pay point for the employee's classification set out in column 3 of table 1 in [Schedule A], the employee's current salary will increase in accordance with the salary increases in clause 11.1. If, at the date of commencement of this Agreement, an affected employee's current salary is at or below the maximum pay point for the employee's classification set out in column 3 of table 1 in [Schedule A]:

EMPLOYEES PERFORMING LEGAL DUTIES AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS DUTIES. 2.1 This clause 8 applies to employees (affected employees) who, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement were covered by the DIT EA and employed in a legal or public affairs classification. 2.2 If, at the date of commencement of this Agreement, an affected employee's current salary is above the maximum pay point for the employee's classification set out in column 3 of table 1 in [Schedule A], the employee's current salary will increase by the salary increases in clause 11.1 of this Agreement with effect on and from the commencement of this Agreement. 2.3 If, at the date of commencement of this Agreement, an affected employee's current salary is at or below the maximum pay point for the employee's classification set out in column 3 of table 1 in [Schedule A]: a. the employee's salary will be set at the corresponding pay point or the next highest pay point (as applicable) applying to the employee's classification in column 3 of table 1 in [Schedule A]; and b. the employee's salary will not be increased by the salary increase in clause 11.1a) of this Agreement.

  • Duties and Position the Company hires the Employee in the capacity of Secretary and Director. the Employee’s duties may be reasonably modified at the Company’s discretion from time to time.
