Employee Relief Fund. Employees of TeamCo shall be eligible to apply for grants from an employee relief fund to cover expenses including but not limited to mortgage or rent for a primary residence, essential utilities (gas, water, electricity), food supplies, childcare, and significant medical expenses in times of hardship.

Employee Relief Fund. Any employee adversely impacted by an exceptional situation should be allowed to apply for support on the Employee Relief Fund. The fund will be subsidized at $250 per employee (as of September 19th 2021) to be used for the period of September 19th 2021 to April 30th 2025. The determination of an exceptional situation and the distribution of these funds shall be developed and managed by a Committee with Union and Management representatives. See Employee Relief Fund Administration Letter.
