Employee Dues Cessation. The Employer shall be relieved from making such individual “check-off” deductions upon an employee’s: (1) termination of employment; (2) transfer to a job other than one covered by the bargaining unit; (3) layoff from work; (4) an unpaid leave of absence; (5) written revocation of the check-off authorization in accordance with terms of this Agreement; or (6) resignation by the employee from the Union.
