Common use of Eligibility Year Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Year. For purposes of determining eligibility for a leave, the District hereby adopts a rolling twelve (12) month period whereby each time an employee takes family and medical leave, the remaining leave entitlement will be any balance of the twelve (12) weeks that has not been used during the immediately preceding twelve (12) months.
